I was able to go over today to my sister's house (made sure it was fine with mom) and did one of my spells around the house. In fact I did the same one that I did at my house since it seemed pretty effective. Hopefully this will keep Him out of her dreams... We'll see.

Another spell

Something I think could be very useful for Runners.
Just carry a small vial with mugwort in it along with lemon verbena and a rose. This will protect you while traveling, while asleep, and it will help protect your physical body. If they are not working well enough, pull them out, mash them together and burn them while saying "With these three, lemon verbena, mugwort, and rose, I protect my nights, travels, and self." This will protect you for about 24 hours, and should be very effective.
